Intersection of Pendleton Pike Parkway and Oaklandon Road.  Pendleton Pike Parkway is the major northeast/southwest thru-fare and retail corridor.  From the subject property, it stretches southwest for approximately 5 miles until I-465 is reached.  Development is abundant along this particular stretch of Pendleton Pike.  The older development is closer to the Interstate with the newer development occurring in and around the property.  Oaklandon Road is a north/south travelway that serves mostly residential neighborhoods.  Some light industrial property exists within a short distance of the property.
