The property is newly constructed and contains 7,832 square feet situated on a 1.28 acre parcel. It is leased to BFS Retail & Commercial Operations, LLC, (“BFSR”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation. Bridgestone Corporation has an S&P Sr. Unsecured rating of BBB+/Stable and had full year 2008 global sales of $35.5 billion. BFSR has over 2,100 operating units in the United States. The lease with BFSR is triple net with regard to occupancy costs, but excluding costs related to roof and structure. The initial lease term is for 15 years and has four 5 year renewal options
