Brauvin Net Capital, LLC, an investor in net leased retail properties, has announced its acquisition of a four-unit portfolio of nationally-known restaurant concepts. Each of the concepts is a leader in its segment and each of the operators is one of the largest and most experienced within their concept.

The following properties were recently acquired:

Arby's, 2 Locations in Indianapolis, IN
The two properties are operated by Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. ("ARG"), the franchisor of the Arby's system. ARG owns and operates more than 1,000 restaurants in the U.S.

Wendy's, Lexington, MD
The Wendy's concept accounts for approximately 14.5% of sales in the quick-serve hamburger segment in the U.S. There are currently 6,600 Wendyƕs restaurants worldwide. The subject property is operated by Davco Restaurants, Inc. ("Davco"). Davco is the world's largest Wendy's franchisee and operates over 155 locations in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD markets.

Applebee's, Angola, IN
Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar is one of the largest casual dining concepts in America. As of 2005, there were 1,804 Applebee's restaurants in the U.S. The subject property has been a strong performer since opening in 2001.
