Brauvin Net Capital, LLC has acquired a 13,038 square foot single-story, freestanding Chuck E Cheese restaurant for $2.05 million that is located in Antioch, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville. The property is located 1/8 mile south of the Hickory Hollow Mall, a 1.1 million square foot regional mall anchored by Macy's, Dillard's, and Sears. Prior to closing of the acquisition of the asset, BNC was able to effectively negotiate a lease modification with CEC Entertainment, Inc., which extended the lease an additional 12 years.

CEC Entertainment engages in the family restaurant/entertainment center. As of January 1, 2006 the company operated 475 Chuck E. Cheese's restaurants and franchisees operated 44 Chuck E. Cheese's restaurants. Restaurants are intended to appeal to families with children between the ages of two and twelve.
