Brauvin Net Lease, Inc. acquired two Tractor Supply Company stores in greater Indianapolis, IN, in December, 2009. Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO) is the nation’s largest operator of retail farm and ranch supply stores focused on supplying the lifestyle needs of recreational farmers and ranchers, tradesmen and small businesses. As of September 26, 2009, Tractor Supply operated 915 retail stores and generated over $3.14 billion in sales during the trailing twelve months. The Company generated net income of $102 million and EBITDA of $230 million during the period.

Each of the stores acquired contains approximately 19,000 sq. ft. of space and is located on approximately 3 acres of land. The first site is located in Westfield, IN, north of Indianapolis on Rt. 31, and the second site is located in Greenwood, IN, south of Indianapolis, also on Rt. 31.
