
Brauvin Net Lease, Inc. has acquired a Fresenius Medical Care facility in Solon, OH (southeastern Cleveland). Fresenius Medical Care (NYSE: FMS) (“Fresenius”) operates more than 2,500 dialysis clinics and is the world’s largest provider of renal dialysis products and services. Fresenius carries an S&P corporate rating of BB and has a Stable outlook. Fresenius had 2009 Net Revenues of more than $11.2 billion, and more than two-thirds of this was generated from operations in North America. The subject property is operated as a Fresenius and leased to a joint venture between Fresenius, the Cleveland Clinic, and MetroHealth System.
The medical facility contains 8,377 sq. ft. of space and is located on approximately 1.5 acres of land. The tenant recently extended its lease and now has a 10 year remaining term. The tenant can expand its existing operation approximately 20% within the existing footprint of the building.
