Brauvin Net Lease, LLC has acquired a 31,000 square foot Office Depot retail location in Pineville, NC (suburban Charlotte), for $3,916,000 plus closing costs. The property is leased on a long-term basis to Office Depot (NYSE: ODP), a leading global provider of office products and services. Office Depot operates more than 1,100 office superstores nationwide and generated fiscal third quarter 2008 sales of $3.7 billion. Office Depot carries a Standard and Poor’s corporate investment grade rating of BB-.

The subject Office Depot property is at a prime location at the main entrance of the 1.3 million square foot Carolina Place Mall. The mall is anchored by Dillard's, Macy's, Belk, JCPenney and Sears and has over 130 specialty stores. In addition, the subject property shares access with a Dick’s Sporting Goods superstore.
