Adam Wells is responsible for the origination of net lease acquisitions, due diligence and property assessments.  Mr. Wells has over eleven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining Brauvin, Mr. Wells was a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, where he conducted over $83,000,000 of primarily single-tenant retail transactions.  During his career, Mr. Wells has been directly responsible for underwriting sale-leaseback portfolios, and advising private as well as institutional clients on their acquisitions and dispositions of investment real estate.

Mr. Wells holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
