Brauvin has acquired a 1,659 sf Jiffy Lube automotive oil change and lubrication service center for $1,800,000.  The property is located in Bellevue, NE is located 11 miles south of downtown Omaha.  It is leased on an absolute triple net basis to Team Car Care with a long term lease. Team Care Care is Jiffy Lube’s largest franchisee and operates over 550 Jiffy Lubes across the country.   The property is located approximately three miles to the west of Offutt Air Force Base and it is Omaha’s largest employer with more than 6,000 military personnel and 4,000 civilian employees.  This is the fifth Jiffy Lube property acquired by Brauvin 18, Inc.
